NFSP AGM 2020 & September event

The NFSP’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020 took place at 11am on Wednesday 29 July via the online meeting system Zoom.

Guy Butterworth of the NFSP’s auditor Lucraft Hodgson & Dawes provided a briefing on the NFSP’s financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2019. Attendees then voted on two resolutions:

• To receive and adopt the Director’s report and the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2019.
• To reappoint Lucraft, Hodgson & Dawes as auditors and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.

Both resolutions were passed unanimously.

The NFSP will be holding an online event for members in September to review the previous year’s activities and outline our plans for the future. Further information on what the event will cover and how to attend will be provided soon.
