Who are the NFSP?

The National Federation of SubPostmasters (NFSP) is a professional not-for-profit trade association representing post office operators across the UK.

We are a member-led not-for-profit trade association, supporting members to operate post office and retail outlets. 

We provide a wide range products and services for the benefit of our members, including:

  • Representation of postmasters in negotiations with Post Office Ltd.
  • Access to expert mails support.
  • Retail support, information.
  • News and analysis.
  • Access to specialised and discounted products.

The NFSP Board is formed of serving postmasters who are nominated by their peers. When we speak it is with a knowledge and authority which comes from knowing our business inside out.

Based in Shoreham-by-Sea but with field staff based around the UK, the NFSP employs a vibrant and diverse community of experienced and dedicated professionals focussed on representing the interest of its members.

Mails Support Advisor - Mails Segregation

We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our Mails Support Team as Mails Support Advisors on a part-time basis. Our Mails Support Team is integral with providing operational support to our membership and assists them with achieving compliance targets. Reaching the set targets provides our members with additional remuneration.


The Mails Support Advisor role requires you to visit NFSP members and build trustworthy relationships with them and their teams, building their confidence and knowledge in mails segregation and Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) transactions to realise the maximum mails segregation and PUDO income available to them.

 

The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and motivated with delivering effective communication and engaging with our diverse membership.
