Calum Greenhow - Chief Executive Officer

Calum leads the NFSP, with overall responsibility for strategic and organisational development, including leading relationships with key external stakeholders such as the government and Post Office Ltd.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive of the NFSP Calum was a subpostmaster for 22 years in the village of West Linton, south of Edinburgh. His wife continues to operate the branch. Calum joined the NFSP in 1999 and has served as Branch Secretary, Branch President and Standing Orders Representative for Scotland.

Paul Simmonds - Director of Operations

Paul has been working at the NFSP since January 2017 currently heading up Mails Support team which currently supports members achieve the Mail Segregation targets as well as having operational responsibilities at the office in Shoreham.

Paul has worked within the post office network for over 30 years, 12 of which for Martins Newsagents and 18 for Post Office Ltd, Paul has had a variety of roles throughout his career including Counter Clerk, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Retail Consultant.

Robert Clack - Director of Retail & Commercial

Robert, originally from Edinburgh, has lived in England for over 25 years. He is responsible for retail and commercial operations at the NFSP, striving to provide the best products and services to subpostmasters, and enable them to develop their retail businesses.

With over 30 years in retail operations, Robert is passionate about retail, customer service and providing the very best offers on the high street. He aspires to see all subpostmasters' retail business thriving, with great layouts, products, merchandising and promotions.
