Branch Hub app

The Branch Hub team are pleased to share with you the most requested development for Branch Hub - the mobile app. The app is available to download from either the App Store or Google Play and can be used by Subpostmasters and branch staff.

Putting Branch Hub in the palm of your hand means you can access help, make orders, and keep up to date with remuneration and branch performance information anytime and anywhere. You can also be sure to never miss an update again by setting your own notification preferences to get alerts for important Memoview updates via push or email notifications. Further, the login process has never been easier, now available with fingerprint or facial recognition on phones with such capability.  

Want to download the mobile app? Please follow the download instructions:

1. Search for “Branch Hub” on either the Apple store or Google Play and tap to download to your phone
2. Once the app has been installed, type in branchhub.postoffice.co.uk when prompted to enter the instance address
3. Tap “Save” and then “Continue to Branch Hub” to start enjoying the mobile app

Next steps:

1. Log in to Branch Hub
2. Set up a 6-digit pin
3. Set up facial or fingerprint recognition (please refer to the full mobile app download instructions)

Please note:

• Personal mobile phones should only be used in branch if allowed by their retail organisation
• Users in Strategic Partner branches will currently have access to a limited number of Branch Hub features.

There will be one winner per region, and it could be you! Simply log in and view Branch Performance on Branch Hub (either on your desktop or mobile app) at least once per week between Monday 23rd May and Sunday 19th June to be entered into the draw.
