There are currently three LIVE surveys relevant to subpostmasters – here’s how to take part:

Horizon Inquiry ‘People Survey’. All NFSP members are invited to take part in the Inquiry’s survey which explores cultural and organisational change within Post Office Ltd (PO), as well as PO’s processes and policies. To take part, click HERE

NFSP survey on Ofcom’s ‘Review of Postal Regulation’. Ofcom has called for stakeholder input to help set the regulatory framework for postal services up to 2027. The NFSP will be submitting a response to Ofcom’s review and we want to feed subpostmasters’ views into our response. This survey enables you to give your thoughts on a range of issues relating to Royal Mail products and services. To take part, click HERE

Citizens Advice ‘Address and Collect’ survey. Citizens Advice are exploring the possibility of a service which makes use of post offices to cater for people without a secure or permanent address. The NFSP is supportive of the idea in principle but we are keen that subpostmasters’ opinions are taken into consideration. This survey gives you the opportunity to understand more about the potential ‘Address and Collect’ service, and , if you wish, register to take part in a workshop on the service.
