As reported in Branch Hub, some EDF Energy customers have been sent duplicate pay-out vouchers for their November monthly Energy Support Bills Support Scheme payments.
Customers with duplicates are being advised to bring both vouchers to their local branch. One of the duplicates has been cancelled and the other will work, so the payment should go through as normal.
EDF states that they know which customers have been sent duplicates and say that they will be contacting them directly. Should any customers have any concerns or problems then they can contact EDF directly on 0333 009 7020.
