As the busiest period for subpostmasters approaches, the NFSP wants to support its members to ensure they maximise their mails segregation income.
Following the success of the bitesize workshops that ran last November, the NFSP Mails Support Team have decided to run a series of online events to help members and their teams with all areas of mails segregation.
The session presentations will last no longer than 15 minutes with the opportunity for you to ask questions at the end.
The team have chosen the contents based on audit results for your area, feedback from branches and activity on social media and will cover 5 different topics:
• Online/Click & Drop
• Franked/Metered Mail
• Getting Mails Segregation Right (ideal for new starts, trainees and returning staff)
• One Error? Why it matters
