NFSP 2024 Annual Conference video: Postmasters share their thoughts about this year’s event

Postmasters from all around the United Kingdom attended this year’s NFSP Annual Conference, which was held at the University of Warwick on Sunday and Monday.

This year’s theme was Shaping Your Future and numerous discussions were held around the Post Office Ltd (PO) brand, the culture in the post office network, the future strategy of the network, and much more.

The panel Q&A Your Questions with Postal Affairs Minister Kevin Hollinrake, PO Chief Executive Nick Read, NFSP CEO Calum Greenhow and Darren Burns, from The Timpson Group, chaired by NFSP Chair Tim Boothman, was received positively and is something the NFSP will look to hold annually.

There were 70 postmasters who attended their first Annual Conference, and other highlights across the two days included the Retail Event, where several new suppliers were in attendance, Calum’s speech and Q&A session, an inspiring speech by Darren, and Breakout Sessions where postmasters shared ideas and best practice with their peers.
