Government Insolvency Service seeks subpostmasters bankrupted by Horizon

Aug 9, 2021 |

The Government’s Insolvency Service is seeking information from subpostmasters who believe they may have been made bankrupt due to the Horizon IT system.
If you, or anyone you know, were made bankrupt by PO, petitioned for bankruptcy or made a bankruptcy application to the Office of the Adjudicator as a result of discrepancies reported, incorrectly, by the Horizon IT system – please see HERE for more information.

The Official Receiver, acting as the Trustee/Trustee ex-officio in bankruptcy, is now undertaking enquiries to identify these cases, in order to investigate whether these bankruptcy orders should be reviewed.
