COVID-19: Masks now mandatory in post offices (and other shops) again

As of Tuesday 30 November, face coverings will be mandatory in post offices and other shops in England.

Post Office Ltd provided a summary of resources in an email from Amanda Jones on 29 November – including:

• A new poster instructing customers to wear a face covering
• Guidance for staff
• Information on exemptions
• Guidance on dealing with abusive customers
