Free legal and wellbeing services now available

As a member of the NFSP, you can now benefit from two additional support services, completely free of charge. 

Available today, you have access to legal advice and a wide range of 'wellbeing support services'.

Legal helpline

The NFSP has partnered with Lyons Davidson Solicitors to bring you free access to their legal advice helpline.

Available to NFSP members in all regions of the UK, their team of legal advisors can help you with the following areas:

  • Problems related to the sale and purchase of goods and property
  • Landlord/tenant issues
  • Damage to property (land and goods)
  • Health and safety
  • Accidents and injuries
  • Wills, trusts and probate
  • Family related issues
  • Road traffic law

Before calling, we encourage you to prepare a concise summary of your enquiry in advance, as well as any legal questions you may wish to ask.

After receiving your support, you will be under no obligation to use Lyons Davidson for any further formal legal advice.

Health and wellbeing support services

You can also gain free access to a range of support services from Health Assured, the largest employee assistance programme (EAP) provider in the UK and Ireland.

This includes a free and confidential helpline, putting you in touch with qualified counsellors and advisors who can support you with counselling support, bereavement support and medical information.

As well as this, you will have free access to the industry-leading Health e-Hub app and online portal, which offers videos, guides and webinars on topics such as:

  • Resilience at work
  • Nutrition
  • Stress management
  • Being creative
  • Open communication

You'll also find 4-week self-help programmes and online health checks to help you through important lifestyle changes such as giving up smoking or managing caffeine consumption.
